The new Nagase ChemteX launches operations
On April 1, 2001 Nagase Group manufacturing companies, Nagase ChemteX Corporation, Nagase Chemicals Ltd., Teikoku ChemicalIndustries Co., Ltd., and Nagase Biochemicals, Ltd. merged on equal terms. Along with inheriting restructured businesses of the four former companies, the new Nagase ChemteX Corporation will also launch businesses with new content.
