Based on resin formulation technologies accumulated over the years, Nagase ChemteX has developed an extensive range of materials and products centering on formulated epoxy resins such as urethane resins and ultraviolet curable (acrylic) resins. In particular, in addition to supplying a wide variety of insulating materials for heavy electrical equipment and light electrical components, we contribute to the development of advanced electronics products such as semiconductor encapsulants used in personal computers and cellular telephones, and adhesives for optical components such as digital versatile disks (DVDs) and charged coupled devices (CCDs). The products we develop are not limited to liquids, but extend to adhesive films and encapsulating films.
